We don’t share your data with third parties.
We use a manual diary system or excel database to store your contact information and details of your order. If you provide us with an email address, this may be stored in Outlook. If you go ahead with your order, your details will be added to VT Transaction + for accounting purposes.
We do not transfer your data outside the UK.
We will keep your data for three years after the date of your final concrete delivery. We review our records and delete expired customer data on a yearly basis.
It is your right to request access to your personal data. You can do this by getting in touch with us via email, telephone or post, using the contact details provided at the top of this Privacy Notice. We will provide you with details 30 days of your enquiry, free of charge. We’ll send this as an email or via post.
You also have the right to correct or delete your personal data from Derbyshire Concrete Ltd systems (Excel, VT Transaction + and Outlook) or to restrict how your data is processed. You can request this at any time via email, telephone or post. If you have previously given us consent to use your personal data, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.

We require your data so that we can process your booking, send a booking confirmation, deliver your concrete, take payment and send you a receipt. If you do not provide us with this personal information, then we are not able to fulfil our contract with you.
We do not use your data for automated decision making.
